Order Policy

  • All orders are shipped from NSW, Sydney
  • Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order
  • Plush Lash Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen orders
  • Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…) will be the responsibilities of the customer.
  • Please read shipping and return policy before placing your order


Return and Refund Policy

We try best to provide great customer service and professional advice when you purchase a product from us. The quality of Plush Lash Supplies products is the best we can physically make it. We test all products before we launch on the market. If you want to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply.

All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by warehouse within 15 days from date of invoice.

Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging.

A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item along with full contact details.

Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.

Book to Order products cannot be refunded



Shipping costs per order will show up for the buyers information through checkout. Goods are delivered by sendle & Australian post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request.

Although we try our very best to process all orders within 2-3 business days, please note that the processing of your order, the parcel in transit, and or delivery may be DELAYED. Please note that we are not responsible for delays but we are more than happy to contact the shipping provider on your behalf.


Damage / Missing Merchandise

Please examine all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Plush Lash Supplies reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.


Refused Package

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Plush Lash Supplies, the item will be shipped back & all shipping expenses will be covered by the customer. No refunds will be issued.

Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Plush Lash Supplies by the carrier will be billed to the customer as wel



Afterpay is subject to Afterpays terms and conditions. If you are using Afterpay in USA to make a purchase on the australian store please note this message from Afterpay: The final amount charged may differ from the amount displayed. This is in regards to the conversion from AUD to USD.




All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged – once packaged a re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
